I offer two different types of Custom Animation. One uses my symmetrical front-facing character rig and the other is completely custom with all assets sketched out and created from scratch.

Terms of Service

“The Artist” refers to me (Frith, @JackalBunny).

“The Client” refers to the individual commissioning or intending to commission The Artist.

The Artist reserves the right to decide which projects to take on or refuse at their own discretion.
Upon confirmation of your commission, an invoice will be sent to you via PayPal with a minimum of 20% of the final total (non-refundable) due within 48 hours of receipt. The remaining balance must be paid in full before any work commences. Failure to pay the minimum amount due within 48 hours (without notifying The Artist beforehand) will result in cancellation of your commission.
The Client will have the opportunity to request changes free of charge at the sketch stage (for non-animated work) or at the asset creation and animation blocking stage (for animated work).
Changes requested after the aforementioned stages will incur an extra charge depending on the scale of the change.
A full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be given within 30 days if The Client withdraws before any work has been produced. If The Client withdraws after the sketching/storyboarding phase and before the colouring/animation stage, only the price of a sketch or vector art piece will be charged and the remaining amount (minus the non-refundable deposit) refunded within 30 days. If The Client wishes to cancel any time after this, no refund will be issued.
The Artist endeavours to keep all clients up-to-date with the progress of their commission at regular intervals. This will be via Twitter Direct Message, Telegram, email and/or Trello.
The final product will be sent to you via WeTransfer link upon completion.
Only the watermarked version of the final product may be uploaded to your personal gallery. (I’d be very grateful if you could also link to my Twitter but this isn’t required! ♥)
Animations will be sent in .mp4 format. Other sizes and formats such as GIF, PNG sequence or .mov may be requested.
The Artist reserves the right to refuse, cancel or refund any commission due to (but not limited to) abusive behaviour, unwillingness to communicate or if The Client is found to be under 18.
The Artist reserves the right to upload or display any work produced unless The Client has requested otherwise.
The Client may not reproduce, edit, sell or otherwise profit from the produced work unless an agreement has been made with The Artist beforehand. Work of this type will be charged a daily rate in place of the usual flat price.
Commercial projects will take priority over non-commercial commissions.
These Terms may be updated or changed at any time.

Client confidentiality is paramount. Anything relating to NSFW commissions discussed in private or via Direct Message will remain between The Artist and Client unless permission is explicitly given.
